Here is a summary of how we ensure we deliver quality and security:
- No sub-contractors are used to carry out our core services.
- All staff have security watchdog clearance as well as Counter Terrorism Clearance.
- Ongoing training and continuous improvement is mandatory for all departments.
- Total Customer Satisfaction training is given to drivers and Customer Services staff.
- We have an equal opportunities policy.
- All staff are involved in our ISO Quality Management Systems and play an active role in ongoing monitoring and performance measurement.
- All staff are on NVQ training plans, including warehouse staff and drivers
- Insurance-approved Health and Safety systems are in place which are constantly monitored and improved.
