How shall we contact you?

Replace your paper records with electronic copies and it could save heaps of space. And heaps of time searching for the right bit of paper. (A couple of clicks and you’re there.) And if you need to send a copy of a document to a client or colleague, email could be cheaper, quicker – and safer – than the post.

  • Work to BS 10008 standards to ensure legal admissibility
  • ISO 27001 in place to ensure security of your informaiton
  • Highly trained staff, experienced in handling projects in different business sectors, and experienced in devising custom-made solutions
  • Simple technical solutions: OCR (Optical Character Recognition) makes it easy for you and your staff to search and retrieve information
  • Systems can be integrated with your own information management software, eg. SharePoint, or we can give you access to our system so your staff can view records and download them.
  • Projects managed in-house with no outsourcing to off-shore scanning bureaux

What we offer:

Scan on demand

Select and scan individual hard copy records stored within FileBase. Information can then be viewed and downloaded via FileVue within our Digital Centre or sent as an email attachment, encrypted for additional security.

Back-scanning

Large volumes of records can be collected, scanned at our centre and converted into electronic formats. We can supply DVDs or you can access the information via the Digital Centre or it can be hosted here at FileBase if you do not have the storage capacity.
