Each client will receive one free delivery every week. There are
no catches or hidden charges. Nice and simple, just the way you
like it.
Simply contact the Filebase team before 4.00pm on any working
day for free delivery the next day. You will need to place a
written request by email or fax to place an order.
We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we
offer a 1 hour and 6 hour delivery service - additional costs
apply.
You may not be able to pick your files up personally because we
have the highest levels of security in place. Clients are unable to
access our premises without prior authorisation, but at least
you’ll know your records are safe.
Filebase storage boxes are specially designed for use within a
records management centre. The triple walled, flat bottomed
construction makes them exceptionally strong, resilient and long
lasting. Combine this quality archive box with the controlled
environment in our facilities and you have the optimum storage
conditions for your files and records. There will of course be
occasion when it is not practical to use the Filebase archive box,
for example initial intake of boxes from an internal store.
You just need to look at our security section on this site to
see how seriously we take the safety of your records.
If you take advantage of the Filebase Lifecycle Management
service, we will inform you when a file has reached the end of its
life. Following confidential destruction and recycling, we will
issue you with a Certificate of Destruction.
Filebase is committed to the protection of the environment and
has partnerships with both paper recycling companies and plastic
recycling companies. Protecting the world we live in is important
to us.
Filebase currently has two sites, one in the North East of
England and another in the South West. With regards to our
north-eastern site, we service Northumberland, Tyneside, Wearside
and Teesside. In the South West, we serve Bath, Bristol and
Taunton.
We operate a minimum monthly invoice of £60. To find out more
