Mark Sanderson

Client Services Director

Mark has been with FileBase on and off since he was a student, helping in the warehouse and on the deliveries. Since then, he has worked in London as an Account Director across brands like Reebok, The Royal Navy, The Royal Marines, Eurostar, FSA, HMRC and others. Mark has moved back up North to re-join the family business and heads up our Client Services department, taking care of our existing clients and making sure they receive the kind of service that we pride ourselves on.

Mark is also on hand to help with developing your Records Management strategies and ensuring you are making full use of FileBase digital services.

David Sanderson

Director

David is currently training as a Barrister, but retains an important role in the direction of the family business.

Peter Walton

Financial Controller

Peter joined FileBase in April 2007 and deals with all aspects of the finance function. He has previously held finance director and senior finance roles with national and multi-national companies such as Rolls Royce, Dunlop, Kimberly Clark and the Aga Group and brings his wide knowledge and experience across both manufacturing and service sectors to the team.

Stuart Snaith

IT & Systems Director

Stuart joined the FileBase team in December 2009 to head up I.T. and Systems. Stuart brings a wealth of I.T. experience with a varied background ranging from teaching ‘Software Development’ in Further Education to being a scanning and imaging specialist with the NHS.

Stuart spent several years as I.T. Manager with the North East brand ‘Abbey Well’ Natural Mineral Water which then became part of the Coca Cola portfolio in 2007.

Jacqui Spence

Business Development Manager

As part of the original senior management team, Jacqui is one of our longest-serving members. She is largely credited with developing the successful client base and loyal relationships that FileBase enjoys today. Jacqui’s expertise lies in new business development and she possesses great sales professionalism with years of experience working across different sectors.

Kevin Harper

Operations Manager

Kevin joined FileBase in March 2009 as Operations Manager. He brought with him 30 years’ experience in transport and warehouse logistics, after having worked for companies like Associated Co-operative Creameries and most recently 3663 First for Food Service. Kevin oversees all operational aspects within FileBase including deliveries, collections, storage, archiving and shredding, and ensures our high standard of customer service is maintained. Kevin has also taken a lead role within FileBase, driving various projects throughout the operation which include barcode scanning, route planning and assisting the IT Development Program.

Beverley Ross

Customer Services Representative

Beverly has great experience working in Customer Services and excelled over the course of her career working at the sharp end with both Northern Rock and Barclays Bank. Bev has real enthusiasm for delivering great service and building relationships, two attributes that made her a must-have for FileBase. Bev joined us in 2008 and is responsible for handling client requests and queries on a daily basis.
